      Quote prepared / Indication prepared notifications

      These notifications are sent to agency and MGA users as soon as a market user has released a quote or an indication. If multiple quotes are released, all will be listed.

      Depending on the market type (carrier or MGA), markets that released and provided the quote can be the same or different companies. 

      These notifications are controlled by Quote prepared and Indication prepared settings in the User Profile.

      Note: Only the quote request's assigned Producer receives this notification. If they're not assigned, this notification won't be sent.
