Utilizing Forms AI is achieved through several methods

  • Virtual printer -  this way you can extract data from PDFs and Excel files, by clicking a printer icon in your Chrome browser, Adobe Acrobat or Excel files, and selecting Appulate Uplink as your destination printer




  • Explorer extension - this way you can extract data from PDFs, right-clicking PDF file in File explorer and selecting Uplink option in a context menu



  • Outlook Add-in - this way you can extract data from PDFs by using Appulate UplinkTM Outlook Add-in. Just select a message in the Outlook app containing attachment in PDF, and click the button UplinkTM



  • Button 'Create new insured from ACORD' - this way you can extract data from PDFs by clicking the button on All insured page



  • Button 'Import data' - this way you can extract data from PDFs by clicking the button, having created the Insured and initiated a questionnaire
